The core of your mission is to help your students grow spiritually. In order to do that, you need a valid assessment tool that provides deep insight into how people grow. Most spiritual assessment tools lack theoretical depth and research validation, and don't provide actionable insights for both students and administrators.
Based on 20+ years of theory and research, the STI combines theoretical depth, scientific rigor, national benchmarks, and practical insights.
Integrating theology and contemporary psychology, the STI is based on a relational model (The Connected Life) focusing on the transformative power of relationships with God, others, and spiritual community. Scientifically validated by over a decade of research, the STI provides practical insights for individuals and administrators seeking to improve spiritual formation programs.
